GOING INTO THE STILLNESS

We have been conditioned to focus on the outside for answers but it is now time to focus inward, into the stillness, the quiet space beyond the busy mind. This is not an easy feat as we are used to listening to the part of our minds that is always talking. Take time to slow down and focus on your breath. Become aware of your thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions. See these sensations as puffy, white clouds moving through the sky. Know you are not your busy mind but your true nature is like the vast sky . Take time to own your power and let go of the conditioning that holds you back.
